David took us under his wing and helped guide us through the process. We had a good idea of what we wanted or so we thought, but as we started seeing properties we started to waffle between new construction and resale, single family and townhomes, we even changed our minds on location at least twice. David was patient and understanding of our wants and needs and helped to fill in any knowledge gaps. David was supportive every step of the way, even responding when he was out of Country. David’s years of experience, local industry knowledge, work ethic, and personality are exactly what we needed to stay the course and find our new home. David’s attention to detail and level of organization made the negotiation and closing process straight forward and pain free. However, despite of all his efforts it still did and he reassured me even when I got frustrated. I will be recommending him to all my friends who are planning on moving to Florida.

It took a while for me to actually put it on the market but he never pushed me, always respecting my wishes but keeping my best interested, kept me informed through the process and educated.
