He is intent on being of service to others and delivers on this value by generously giving of his time, and sharing his knowledge and experience to help others along their path whether it is family, friend, team member, client, associate, etc. In my brief time knowing him, I have in fact experienced and observed his guidance, encouragement and the impact that he has on others. We had a good idea of what we wanted or so we thought, but as we started seeing properties we started to waffle between new construction and resale, single family and townhomes, we even changed our minds on location at least twice. David was patient and understanding of our wants and needs and helped to fill in any knowledge gaps. David was supportive every step of the way, even responding when he was out of Country. David’s years of experience, local industry knowledge, work ethic, and personality are exactly what we needed to stay the course and find our new home. David’s attention to detail and level of organization made the negotiation and closing process straight forward and pain free. It took a while for me to actually put it on the market but he never pushed me, always respecting my wishes but keeping my best interested, kept me informed through the process and educated.
